EOTD: Start A Fire, Sing Aloud

 Heya! So my obsession with red eyebrows is featured in today's EOTD. I don't know why but painting my eye brows red entertains me a lot. I think it's because I'm tired of seeing brown and black eyebrows? Or red brows are just fun to have from time to time? Haha. :P

 Here's the pencil I used to fill my brows. It's an LA Girl lip pencil (yes, it's a lip pencil!) called Smooth Plum. I picked this mainly because when I swatched it, it turned plummy red but when I used it, it turned out looking really red! But that's okay because I love red brows. I also love that my black eyebrow hair creates contrast to the color of the pencil I ended up having red-with-black-spikes brows. :))

How I did the eye look:

 I kept the eye makeup really simple because the red brow is the main highlight of today's look. So kept everything matte except for the brow highlight. As for why I used two black pencils, it's because I found that Perversion can dry really quickly when applied so when I tried to smudge it, I ended up tugging my upper lashline. So I switched to a pencil that's creamy enough to blend and finish the wing liner, so I used Smolder over Perversion.

Broken and Crushed.

Do you watch Game of Thrones? Yes? Good. Then you're probably as crushed as I am after watching the latest episode, The Rains of Castamere.

I was not prepared at all. In fact, while watching it, I was very nervous and agitated. I always knew The Red Wedding would be a part of the third season. I looked forward to it. But when the moment came, I wanted to not watch the episode. But I did because I love the show.

I'm an emotional wreck right now so words can't justify the way I feel. So here are the most apt gifs I could find in Tumblr that show how I really feel.

Seeing Robb, Talisa, Catelyn, and Grey Wind murdered crushed me. From the beginning, my heart belonged to House Stark. My heart shattered into a million pieces. Seeing a lot of Stark men killed, seeing Robb get stabbed in the heart in front of his mother by Roose freaking Bolton, hearing Catelyn scream, seeing Catelyn with her throat slit, seeing Grey Wind lifeless, seeing Robb crawling to his dead and pregnant wife. It was just too much to handle. The episode was intense, depressing, and it will make you emotionally damaged. You know what made the episode more intensely sad? The silent end credits. It just tied everything up.

I don't know what will happen on next week's finale but what I know is that I can't handle another main character's death any time soon. I just can't.

Now You See Me

 When I first saw the trailer of this movie, I thought "This would be epic.". And I was right. This movie, so far, is the best movie I've seen this year.

I don't want to spoil anything or else you won't be awed anymore. The trailer itself would make you think that it's just about magicians robbing banks and the police chasing them. Well, it's more than that. The plot twist just blew me away, so much that this was my reaction:

I definitely didn't see it coming. Once scene that I also loved was the car chase. Damn, it was like Fast and Furious all over again. :)) I loved the cast too. It was nice to see Jesse Eisenberg and Woody Harrelson again because I really loved them in Zombieland. Isla Fisher and Dave Franco did a really good job too. Mark Ruffalo did justice to his cunning character, though I still thought he'd change to the Hulk. :)) 

Now You See Me is a must-watch. It's funny, action-packed, surprising (this is an understatement), and mind-blowing. Guess I have another fave movie I can watch over and over again like Christopher Nolan's Inception. :)
